Njeri Watkins is a Data & Tech Leader and Educator with expertise in leading, educating, and navigating organizations to a better digital world through data. Njeri serves as Chapter President for Blacks In Technology (BIT) and is currently leading the BIT Data & Technology Leadership Executive Series.
Njeri has been a Digital Technology Instructor with The University of British Columbia for over a decade and provides advisory services and training in Cultural Innovation, Data-Driven Leadership, and Disruption Management to leadership teams, corporations, and government agencies in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.
Njeri received the distinguished appointment by the Auditor General to the External Thought Leaders Committee for The Office of Auditor General of British Columbia and is recognized nationally as one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women. Njeri has co-authored the book entitled, “ Women of Influence ” and is a featured Thought Leader in Innovation with the INNOVATE Vancouver™ book published for Vancouver, British Columbia.
